The shocking scenes in the Miami Beach branch went viral as it shows the wild women exchanging vicious punches and pulling hair late Saturday.
Witnesses claimed the customer was being loud and drunk, provoking the vicious reaction from employees, according to NBC Miami. They are seen throwing cups and punches at the woman, and even grab her by the hair at one point.
Representatives from the popular burger chain said the behavior of all involved was despicable and confirmed that an investigation has been launched.
